Why do AI researchers receive payment like NBA All-Stars

If you have paid attention to the AI industry last month, you probably saw stories about the briefness of hiring that is happening in Big Tech, Research Labs and AI Startups. The presenter is Mark Zerberg, who made a real unprecedented job offer to try and lure the highest talent to the goal.

But there is much more in this story. Hayden and I have reported this in the last few weeks to understand how some of these proposals actually there are, why Google such as Google, decide to hire instead of acquiring, and that it means that some of the most popular experts from AI in the world are no longer motivated by money.
