Pam Bondi Prosecutor sent a letter To the director of the FBI Kash Patel, who explained the delay in issuing the documents and took the blame for an FBI office in New York.
Bondi said he requested the entire File of the Epstein case before Patel was confirmed as head of the FBI and received about 200 pages of files – much less than the number of pages released last year in a civil cause connected to Ghislaine Maxwell, former lover of the trafficker and sentenced accomplice.
“I repeatedly asked if this was the complete set of documents that respond to my request and I was repeatedly ensured by the FBI that we had received the entire documents of documents,” Bondi wrote. “Late, I learned from a source that the FBI office in New York was in possession of thousands of pages of documents relating to the investigations and the accusation of Epstein.”
“At 8:00 tomorrow 28 February, the FBI will provide the complete and complete EPSTEIN files to my office, including all records, documents, audio and video recordings and materials relating to Jeffrey Epstein and its customers, regardless of how such information has been obtained,” added Bondi. “There will be no considered or limitations to my or your access.”
Starting from Friday afternoon, no new file had been released.

“What you will see, hopefully tomorrow, are many flight trunks, many names, a lot of information,” Bondi said on Fox News on Wednesday evening when he was asked for the type of information that would have been released on Thursday. “But what man did, together with his co-accused, is rather sick.”
Many defended Bondi against the accusations of an implementation of the failed documents, including Doge Chief Elon Musk.
