Tianjin, China – Chinese president XI Jinping On Monday he urged members of the Shanghai cooperation organization to strengthen artificial intelligence cooperation, while rejecting what he called a “mentality of the Cold War”.
Xi was talking to the largest SCO top of SCH to date, with over 20 foreign leaders gathered in Tianjin, including Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The meeting comes while China tries to throw itself like a global pacifier, in a background of persistent commercial tensions with the United States, the Russian war in Ukrainian and the conflict of Israel Hamas.

XI should meet Putin this week, with the Russian leader who should remain in China for a military parade in Beijing to commemorate 80 years since the end of the Second World War.

China took some “initiatives” for economic collaboration and peace, said Henry Huiyao Wang, founder and president of the Think Tank center based in Beijing for China and globalization.
